"Growing up I used to be a patient and loved the way the office and staff attended to patient needs. Now with being a new mother I was happy to bring my daughter in, in hopes that it was still the same. Unfortunately it is not, wait times even when you arrive on time is ridiculous in the reception as well as waiting room. Staff does not provide clear information on procedures or follow up visits that are needed. I tried to stay and see if it was just due to the setback from the pandemic but it has persisted until now my daughter is now 2yrs old and I will not be returning to office really dissatisfied."

"Dr. Sofia Gofman is really rude, not friendly and unprofessional. She works with children, why so angry to them. The kids feel it. My son never cried with other doctors before, with her he cried all the time until she left. When I told her we didn’t some vaccines, she called me uneducated. Why the doctor can behave like this!? She doesn’t give any information you ask or need. Never back to her and not recommend this doctor to anyone! Disappointed. The worst experience ever!"
