"The physicians are EXCELLENT! However, their staff especially reception area where they take your insurance info are so RUDE !! They don’t even greet you upon arrival no friendly service. They seemed annoyed with you the minute you go to the window for your appointment. They need new staff or new management. They act as if they’re forced to work almost as if it’s slave work and give you an attitude. Some of the medical assistants are not patient with the newborns and seem to get annoyed when they cry. I only go there because like I said the physicians are great but I urge this medical practice to either retrain their staff or get new staff."

"Went in and didn't have to wait long at all. I was able to have both my kids seen at the sametime making it an easy visit. The ladies behind the front desk were nice and helpful, the nurse that brought us back was nice, and the Doctor was really nice too. We have been to many Doctors offices and this one has been better than any other so far. They were fast, informative, and helpful with every concern making our visit a comfortable one. Overall this experience was a good one. The only negatibe thing I could say would deal with parking. Parking is crouded as this building has multiple offices in it with not enough parking. It was tough finding a spot, we ended up parking in the back across the tree area because there was no available spots to park and we got lucky as someone was pulling out from the tree area. Other than parking, everything else was great."

"I'm 18, probably shouldn't be going to a pediatrician. But they were so nice. Went in for swollen lymph nodes, they were very quick to pencil me in for a same day appointment and were very understanding. The doctors and nurses there did a great job and figured out what was wrong with me. Super kind, honestly can't wait to go back there for a follow up."
