"I just moved from DC and I found this pediatrician. I gave them both of my daughters medical history. They just saw one at the moment because they were supposed to schedule my other one for other time because of their busy schedule, I met the doctor, she is very nice. Two weeks later my youngest one got sick and I called the doctor. The front desk lady couldn’t find her in the system but what bothered me the most is the way she was speaking to me. I felt she was trying to do me a favor looking for my daughter in the system and then made me feel like I was lying when I told they were supposed to call me with the appointment initially the first time I went. I was very disappointed because my daughter wasn’t in the system when I already gave them her medical history and the customer service."
