Some days I know They have to be running themselves to death with how long line is! But they always have smiles on their Faces and they get my order right every single time!"

"absolutely terrible experience. i had a mobile order set for pickup through the drive thru and when i got to the window they told me it wasn’t ready and that i had to go inside to wait for my order. went inside and i was forced to wait over 10 minutes. worst experience at a starbucks i’ve ever had and the workers were so rude."

"Worst Starbucks ever been to. I've been several times and there is a clear pattern of multiple employees treating customers shockingly bad. My order is simple, just a double shot of espresso. The first time they told me they were out of tall straws but I noticed they had them on my way out. The next time when they said they were out I'd the tall straws I asked him to move 2 feet to get it and he actually got mad and yelled at me before getting it. A few days later I ordered through the app and went thru drive-thru. I've done this hundreds of time at dozens on Starbucks. This is the first time I've been told I arrived too soon and I'd need to come inside. When I questioned it she said I was there before my arrival time and line was too long. There was one car in front of me and non behind. Weird, surprising and frustrating only begin to cover it. Looking for another coffee shop on Key largo now."
