"August 2023: I don't know if this place is under new ownership or management or what, but the consistency and quality just isn't there anymore. Every time I've gone in the last couple months, there's been a different sushi chef, many not knowing or using all the components that go into a specific dish. The quality of the fish they use has declined as well. They're even skimping on mushrooms in soup. I've given more than 6 "last" chances. I can no longer recommend this restaurant. 6 months earlier: For the best quality sushi on the island, Sushi Siam is the way to go. As you can see from the photos, lately I've been fixated on the Spicy Tuna Salad. I highly recommend you give it a try."
"Overall the food was delicious & well portioned. My main criticism is that they need more staff. The waitress that took care of us was amazing but definitely overworked seeing as how she had so many tables to service. I'll come back, hopefully at a less busy time."
"I've eaten here many times and have never had a bad meal. I thought the sushi and sashimi was very good. we also had other dishes that were equally as good. I will definitely continue to go here every time I visit Key Biscayne."
