"The bread seemed old and hard. This is not the normal bread that is used either way. I eat at tropical smoothie literally every other day and this is the worst experience I’ve had in four years. I am baffled. I attempted to call and ask if I can bring it back. I was offered no help. And was told that they are a bit too busy right now. And they had to go. I am shocked. The smoothie was water down and tasted horrible. I just really don’t appreciate this. And the door dasher that was used Deliver my food assigned by the app was rude and sarcastic. Once again, unappreciated. ***UPDATE**** They were very quick to respond to my concerns and addressed my issue promptly . Though, I did not have the best experience originally, every experience after has been wonderful. Not sure if other employees were hired but they now add cute little notes on the drinks. Everyone is so sweet and nice extremely appreciated."

"Last 3 times I ordered from here, I was missing items. Ordered a Thai salad today and received it in a wrap instead. Soggy, with ingredients that wasn't fresh. Last time I'm ordering from here."

"Overall this location had a wonderful bounce back from Covid. The tables are out and sides are ready. Always quick service and great food. I would beware of anything watermelon there, it makes me sick sometimes and it happend to my friend before; maybe its just our stomach. Other than that I love there food, the sandwich I got is really spicy, really good. I love there new seasonal Mango smoothie, the kale one is also good."

"The staff were nice and fast. Smoothie was good. Just don’t order the sandwiches. That’s not avocado that’s green mush. Didn’t bother complaining. Nothing can fix that. They forgot bacon on bacon sandwich and they should probably do something about the safety hazard in the corner."

"This was my first time going to Tropical Smoothie. The location was clean but a bit cluttered with boxes in corners, not sure if they are still transitioning to being fully open after the pandemic or if this was the norm. I ordered an All American Breakfast Wrap which was a bit cold. I also ordered a Watermelon-Mango Smoothie which was delicious and they made it for me even though it wasn’t on the menu. I did like how they have a designated area for all online orders so that delivery drivers and people themselves can just walk up and pick them up without interrupting customers who are ordering at the counter."
