"Don’t let the one star rating fool you. This DQ deserves a -1000! There’s nothing but a bunch of immature, inexperienced, incompetent and disrespectful teens running (or ruining) the store. I took my family there tonight for a treat and we ended up returning the order and getting our money back. We ordered a Medium Moolatte and three medium Sundae cups with ice cream only. Two of the three sundae cups were nicely filled but the third one was tiny. I asked if they would please put more ice cream in it like the others and I was told that they go by weight and if they added more ice cream they would have to charge me more money. I asked the “acting” manager Alina why the others were different and she said they were poured incorrectly. I asked again if she would add some and again I was met with “I can but I’ll have to charge you for it”. So I handed back the order and asked for my money back. I asked her several times if she would really rather lose a sale and throw away 4 orders than please a customer and she said “Yes” and returned my money. I asked for the name of the manager or owner or someone I could contact and she gave me some bogus name and phone number. Maybe $15.15 doesn’t mean much to her because it’s not coming out of her pocket one way or the other, but to some people it means a whole lot. They lost a sale tonight and a customer for life."

"Ladies! LADIESSSSS! We've been sleepin on the Queen of Dairy. I decided to come thru randomly for lunch today, literally never having had their food items in my life and gurlies.... The tenders were tendering, fries were hot, and the Ranch, well we all know restaurant ranch just hits different. Just overall 1 word Crispy... Kwispy... K to the rispy! Will be back on my next calorie deficit day!"

"We went here to catch the Christmas parade and ended up parking here and eating. It was so busy but the employees were wonderful! They didn't break under pressure and still smiled. The food was excellent too."

"It is extremely rare to get good customer service at this location because inexperienced and dare I say, "rude" teenagers are usually the ones who are working here. However, the last few times my family and I were here, we recieved excellent customer service from an experienced gentleman who actually seems to know what he's doing! I decided it was worth a review because it was a nice surprise to actually get great service here and I've never had one of the inexperienced teens make a blizzard or a dipped cone with the expertise this gentleman displayed. Way to go!"
