"I like the remodel and the staff is always friendly but I had a mobile order and had to wait longer than the people that ordered after me in the store. I also went to use the restroom while waiting and there was no toilet paper or seat covers so I couldn't."
"I come here basically everyday and there is nothing but positivity and smiles, and laughs. There is a particular young lady, I wanna say her name is Emma (she has an adorable paper airplane tattoo on her arm) and she is phenomenal. She remembers my order and always puts a smile on myself. I love this Starbucks."
"I walked in around 6:15am(there were no customers inside) I stood there for like 10 minutes waiting on someone to take my order, there were only 3 employees at the time, they took my order and it took them 8 more minutes to make my drink, (by this time am already running late to work), when I get to my car and taste my coffee, it was disgusting, it tasted like burned coffee! so by now am pissed because not only they took almost 20 minutes to get me in and out but my coffee was bad, this is extremely disappointed after you pay almost 8.00 for a coffee. I definitely not recommend this location if you're trying to go to work, and their customer service needs improvement(A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT)."
