"Dr. Ana Loviat Souza, what a disappointing experience. We did change pediatrician after moving. We did our first visit here and it was great but this doctor is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the follow up on the test results of her patients. I waited 2 weeks for my son's ultrasound feedback and nothing I still don't know . I confirmed with Diagnostic Center they did send it to her right after it was done . Vanessa which is the one answering calls will let the phone ring and sometimes it'll disconnect without answering after so long. She told me many times the doctor will call me but it never happened. Last call I made they still were lost about the follow up of the results. Shame on this staff ... no professionalism at all the fact they are not willing to take responsibility says a lot of the kind of doctor working in this facility .No matter the situation be responsible to your patients ... I don't mind if I have to make another appointment but any patient's health is important and should be taken seriously, specially when you are working with children."

"I only use Dr. Moro because our legendary pediatrician, Dr. Canton retired and she inherited his patients. Sadly, it’s been a disappointment. She does not work in the office full time and I more than often have seen a doctor I do not know. If your child gets sick the front office advice is “go to urgent care” In addition, the front office staff is rude and unrefined. I need a reliable doctor for my children with virtue."

"I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Palm Leaf Pediatrics. Dr. Moro is amazing, as is Dr. Sosa. The PA and the nurse are amazing as well. Gloria is so patient and sweet with my two girls. The two young ladies that work in the front office are absolutely amazing and attentive. Everyone takes their time to listen to all your concerns and answer all your questions. We are so happy we made the switch to Palm Leaf."
