"I have been coming to Dr. Eisner for 2 years and today, Tuesday, I return for a follow-up with my daughter. I would say it is one of the worst services provided in this hospital. The woman in front like Génesis and the Latin lady spoke quietly to each other, whispering, she replied when I complained about their bad service, but nevertheless they do not do their job well, they are very unprofessional, I sent the referral by email 3 or 4 times and they told me that They didn't have it anymore, however they reached other people who did the same procedure as I did. I asked my husband to send the email to see if I had difficulty and they said that it seemed like they weren't acting according to their job either, they took it personally, I don't understand how a hospital can have employees who care for patients in such an unprofessional manner and with very little ethics. Every time I come they always have complications even if they bring them the referral. My appointment was at 9:00 am and it's 9:40 am There are no patients waiting and they still haven't seen my daughter. A very kind girl who works with the doctor told me, give me the email and I immediately received it. Thanks to her, she helped me and took my daughter to her appointment. Think before coming to this hospital. The doctors are good like Dr. Eisner but the service at the frondest is the worst. I do not recommend it as a mother, very bad experience."

"Very friendly,professional staff.Liss,Jenifer,& Mel made my daughter's appointment to be a positive experience. From the minute we arrived until our discharge everything went pretty smooth. Dr. Eisner has a great bedside manor. He addressed all my concerns in regards to my daughter's visit. I left this office feeling confident and relaxed. I was shocked how short the wait time to see the Dr."

"If you go there do not use Dr Andrew Gupta. Worst bedside manners. My daughter sprained her ankle and he said no fractures so make her walk and there is nothing I can do for you. So I got upset because she was crying she can’t walk on it, which is why we are there because she has been trying too and can’t. So his response was if she was my daughter i make her walk. Really…. Well guess what she is not your daughter. When my other daughter did the same thing Dr frank which is amazing in that office put a cast on it to stabilize it and help it heal. Then when I told him that, he was rude about it and then asked me what he wanted me to do for her: once he said that I was like we are done here, I guess nothing and tried to remain calm and he stormed out. I took her to another dr and she ended up having a hairline fracture and he put her in a tall cam cast to heal."

"The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The office was clean and spacious. They removed the cast from my sons foot and THANK GOD they did. He is totally healed and happy to have his foot back.....lol. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to drive from West Palm Beach to this location because there weren’t any physicians in the new West Palm Beach location."
