"Very disappointed, I made an appointment with a lady that never get back to me. I sent a few emails and I'm still waiting for the call. Can someone please help me?"
"There is no way to get a hold of this campus at all. The entirety of all HCCs apparently use one phone number, and almost all of the options lead to dead ends that hang up on you. I LITERALLY JUST NEED TALK TO THE FRONT DESK THATS ALL. I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING THEIR PHONES FOR AN HOUR."
"The classes are ok the professors are usually helpful but you can only enjoy it if you can get past all the bs with the front office employees. If you plan on doing anything that involves change with paperwork, financial aid, or classes make sure you give yourself a year and a half to get it done along with making sure you're able to drop everything you have in order to be able to sit at the office and wait for the workers to tell you something they could have called you about like they promised they would. Within the last 2 months I have been there 9 times to fix the same exact problem that they said would be done the first time."
"Nice campus, but the advisors SUCK. Trying to get useful information from them is pointless, it seems they don't take their jobs seriously and want to do the least amount of work with you as possible. The teachers are great here there are the few that aren't so great but most of the teachers TRY to make you succeed and want to help you."
