"This was the first time we went and at the time of this writing it was only open about 4 months. The service was excellent the indoor decor is beautiful but what really sold me was the food quality. At Thai restaurants I always get one of the curries and a spicy as they make it. They definitely did well with the spice level but the flavor the flavor was on point and probably one of the best I've had anywhere. What was interesting to me was that they left out the vegetables to the side so that you can add them as you go which helps keep the curry less watery I've noticed that most places when they add all the vegetables the coconut milk thins out pretty quickly. The servers were attentive as well and the atmosphere is a great place for a date day/night. We got fried rice and a pork appetizer which also excellent and I have pictures listed as well of our food. I thought the presentation was better than I've ever seen as well so I am looking forward to going back."

"Stop in for lunch, I was amazed at the authenticity of the Thai food! Having been to Bali, Thailand & all over Asia, the food was delightful! I had the lunch special curry with a small soup and roll. The service was great, elegant decor, they can accommodate large parties to intimate tables. Perfect for business luncheon, date nights or elegant celebrations with an Asian flair. I’ll visit again… CCole"

"My initial visit to The Nine Thai Grill was when they first opened, and it was just decent, but I recently revisited, and the experience was excellent! It is clear that they worked out some of their opening kinks. The spring rolls were crispy and had great flavor, with ingredients served alongside a delicious side sauce. The Cashew Beef was prepared with fresh vegetables and quality meat, featuring a flavorful sauce (which I made sure to ask for extra of), and the Panang Curry was an absolute standout, bursting with incredible flavors. We asked for medium heat, and it was just perfect. Inside, the restaurant boasts a clean and well-designed ambiance with a full bar, making it a fantastic addition to the Sanford Lake Mary area. The menu offers a good variety of options, and the only minor improvement I could suggest is adding some of my personal favorites like Pad See Ew and Lard Na. Nonetheless, The Nine Thai has certainly won us over, and it's set to become one of our regular dining spots."

"Had to stop by for lunch and do my standard Pad Thai test, but first, the staff were super friendly and greeted my friend and I warmly. The restaurant looks really nice and has an upscale dinning style lighting. Menu has a bit on it, but your typical Thai foods. We started with some Thai Iced Teas, which came in a very small cup compared to the other restaurants, but for a steeper price. Now for the Pad Thai, it was plated very beautifully and the flavor and texture was just right. However, you will get the nice flavor and texture is good if you mix it well. If not, it is a bit flat. All in all this is another overpriced Thai restaurant, but they make the food better than most. Give it a try if you are in the area."
