"Very busy Starbucks, but the staff was so polite and full of energy that we didn't realize the small wait. Drinks were perfect!! Thank you for the smiles all the way around!! I don't just come for the coffee anymore. It's like home away from home! Aidan, Skyler, Josh, Zoe, Tatum, Mariluz, Joselyn...they're all so great!! Sarah keeps it all running so smoothly."

"Nice store. Staff was courteous and professional. Coffee was perfect, but the breakfast burrito was too hot. It's not a unique situation to this store but Starbucks in general. Scalding my mouth first thing in the is not ideal. The inside was spacious but could have used a bit of sweeping. They have a nice outdoor patio also if you like to be outside in the morning."

"This is my favorite Starbucks in Ocala. The staff and management are super friendly, and the young lady who helped me find the Alaska artist tumbler for my collection was very sweet. I would highly recommend this Starbucks as I went to several in Ocala, and this one was the friendliest by far."

"Tatum was nice through drive thru and so was Zoey when I called to inform about the incorrect cup size I ordered and didn't notice until I was damn near to 75. However, when I arrived back, one of the kids there informed me that I had in fact received the correct size. When I explained to her that I'm usually given a 16oz cup when I order and not the tall, she pulled out all the cups, including the “pup cup” to show me what they deem a GR. Her tone and their demeanor, obviously condescending, husband and I just chucked up the almost $8 drink and assumed their store is sized and priced differently. I used to frequent this Starbucks quite often when I lived here, and it was almost always something that ticked me off. The grounds in the coffee like toppings probably had to be the worst. Except when there was this one young lady and man there, it would be to a T, wonderful, no complaints every time. Right expectations, wrong area."
