"One visit...I offered to pay copay at time and they refused. I have been HOUNDED for 2 yrs for a $25 copay that I have sent 3 TIMES to these idiots - and I call them that BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN PAID BUT THEY DONT RECOGNIZE IT!! Tired of mail requiring payment I HAVE ALREADY MADE. TrIed calling them repeatedly, just to be sent to voice mail, AND NO RETURN CALLS. TrIed to pay online, and it doesn't recognize account. I ask:. HOW DO I RESOLVE A $25 bill that a practice is UNABLE TO RECOGNIZE HAS BEEN paid? Ridiculously idiotic staff, idiotic billing process. Recommend you STAY WAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A PRACTICE."

"I showed up at the office for my appointment only to find I was at the wrong medical office as my pediatrician had made original appointment. The front office was very helpful in clarifying the misunderstanding and reached out to other office on our behalf. When the other location was unable to accommodate me and my son, since we had “missed our appointment”. Dr Narwal and his staff were able to see us that hour. They were knowledgeable, friendly and would recommend to my friends and family."

"I appreciated the level of care and concern there was with my son. We never had to wait too long and staff was friendly, office was nice and clean."

"My experience with this office is TERRIBLE. My son has been having issues since they switched his formula per this office! I called several times. The nurse practitioner called back ONCE close to closing time knowing if I couldn't get to my phone she would be gone. I called the next day and no one called me back. I was later told the doctor and nurse had patients as if my son wasn't a patient. I called back the following day and no one called me back. I then had to call back before closing only to be told the nurse practitioner and doctor were out. The receptionist called the nurse and said she was kind enough to text her back giving me a message. I don't want to talk to the receptionist who has NO MEDICAL TRAINING, DEGREE OR ANYTHING, I want to talk to the medical professionals because like any mother I will have followup questions. The receptionist acted as though I bothered her. This is the worst experience ever. I will be finding another office because their service and dedication leaves much to be desired. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE. This office does not care enough to call and speak with parents."
