"Great experience here with Dr, Shulkin and the office staff. My son has been seen by Dr Shulkin since he was 4 I believe, now my son is 7. He is caring and make us feel comfortable. Can't say the same from speech department. Worse experience ever"
"Front desk staff messed up the appointment time, took patients back before us that checked in well after us and then when confronted about why they were brought back before us since they checked in 20 minutes after us the staff member was extremely rude about it. The doctors are amazing and caring I just wish they had better front desk staff with less attitude towards patients and parents"
"Very unhelpful folks here. Dr. Katzenstein did not offer much help. Her educational liaison Kimberly Swan actually was very unethical and disrespectful. Did things with school behind my back and then hid behind consent forms. She is not supposed to reach out to anyone without letting a parent know! Beware, do not sign her consent forms, this woman will not help anything with the school, but damage things further and then send you on your merry way to fix her mess! Awful experience."
"Love love love Dr. Carolyn Linek-Rajapak. Avoid Dr Padridrin has no understanding and doesn't want to work. After making an appt months ago, refused to see my daughter after being 10 minutes late ( I called after getting lost was told I could still come as long as I wasn't more Than 15 minutes late) When i got there wouldn't even see her, that's 20 minutes he got to do nothing and I came from Clearwater in horrible morning traffic and took off work."
"Be really careful when you set up an appointment here. I made an appointment months ago for my son with Dr. Alvero, only to be told that if my son needed cognitive behavioral therapy like his neurologist recommended after an extensive evaluation, he would need to go on a waiting list or wait until the summer to get a psychologist appointment, since their psychiatrists don't give therapy, they only prescribe medications. For this was not "common sense knowledge". I would assume that a psychiatrists would be able to help my son in any way necessary, or easily transfer him to someone in the building who could. Apparently, it is also impossible to switch between providers. I can't say what the services are like once you get in, but for our family, we lost months of intervention waiting for an appointment that wouldn't help anyways. Not ok."
