"I appreciate how easy it is to get someone on the phone at Nemours. Our little one got sent home from daycare with possible hand foot & mouth, & they fit us in almost immediately. They almost always have last minute openings, even if it's not with your primary. Our last visit was with Dr. Winslow, & she was great. The urgent care is awful, but the main office, zero complaints!"
"Doctors are great the staff is great don't listen to the awful moms complaining about covid and making the mandates the offices fault or the moms who don't understand staffing constraints or personal responsibility. They care about your kid and they take care of your kid that's the main point of going to a doctors office in the first place. Petty people leaving petty reviews because they believe the world revolves around them shouldn't stop you from coming here. For the petty me first people go somewhere else you won't be missed."
"I went here for years. I had to beg to get a handicap parking tag note from Dr. Hunter when my son has down syndrome and can't even walk around a grocery store without those special needs carts for larger kids. They refused to give him a note for school to excuse him from wearing a mask over coronavirus. The school was fine with it but asked to have one on file. He couldn't understand why he had to wear it all day. They also pressure you to get non mandatory vaccines especially the flu shot. I would come in with other concerns and only get to talk about why I should give my son the flu shot because of Grandpa Joe. I heard about Grandpa Joe numerous visits. Not worth your time in my opinion."
"It was our first visit and it was absolutely incredible. I called that morning and was able to get my sick child in same day. Monica was so kind and engaging with my daughter and gave me all the information I needed to treat her as well as answered all of my questions. The facility was clean and everyone was very nice and helpful. Love this place and will definitely be taking my daughter back!"
"Dr. Batarseh is wonderful and we only have continued to come here because of her. Office and office staff are challenging to work with. Difficult to schedule sick visits, have been told I'd have a nurse visit and it was just a medical assistant, inflexible scheduling for well visits for infants and toddlers so you have to choose dates you think you won't need to change at all that are months in advance, receptionist staff less than friendly. This office leaves much to be desired."
