"The incompetence of the scheduling staff is absolutely appalling. I've spent three weeks trying to make an appointment for my child, and have had four people tell me four different things, an appointment made WITHOUT confirmation (on a date I can't possibly get there for), her chart left empty, several HOURS on the phone with individuals who have no idea what they're doing, etc etc etc. Do NOT come to this facility with your child unless you'd like to be treated with the utmost disregard and indifference. I'm absolutely disgusted."

"After finding out my sim may need surgery I contacted this facility to make an appointment. I spoke to 3 different receptionist all getting told different things and it was so frustrating. But when I finally got to speak to the new patient coordinator, Karina, I was finally able to schedule. Karina was so sweet and was so apologetic. She really listened and understood why I was so upset. I got an appointment for one week out to which I was late to after getting stuck in traffic. I called the office and they said it was no problem. When we came in the receptionist was so welcoming and sweet! We were almost immediately taken to a room where a pa came in. Then within 5 minutes we met the nurse practitioner Robin Denton. He talked about surgery and even got the surgeon to come meet with us. They were all so sweet and helpful, answered all of our questions. Now my son is scheduled for the surgery he needs and I feel absolutely comfortable with the doctors and anesthesia team! Highly recommend this place!"

"The worst experience. I am still upset with myself for choosing this Doctor for my son’s procedure. He gave unrealistic expectations of my son’s recovery time and the amount of pain for a four year old. His aftercare method was a complete failure. I had to end up at the ER with my son and had to change physicians for the proper aftercare treatment. I could go on and on, but as a mother I would be here until 2025. All I can say is please weigh your options against other Doctors method prior to choosing this doctor."

"Dr. Keating is amazing!! I drove from Tampa after having an awful experience with the pediatric urologist near me Dr. Polsky. The care and time he put into my son's appointment was priceless to me. He informed us he did not need surgery as we were originally told and it was just a simple in office procedure. The PA was just as amazing and patient! They both took so much time answering all my questions and concerns. The office and staff is extremely kid friendly and top notch!! Thank you so much!!"
