"Wow this place is messed up. I desperately needed a appointment and the soonest they were able to schedule me was almost 2 months later. I wait patiently and ON THE DAY of my appointment the office calls me to cancel saying the doctor no longer works on tuesdays, as if you didn't know this before hand??? Also they inform me I shouldn't bother trying to make another appointment because the doctor will be retiring soon. Basically please don't try to be a patient here because we cant be bothered. What a joke."

"I love the Doctor and nurses, but the office staff is absolutely horrible. Always scheduling my childs appointments AFTER his medication is needed. I'm having to urgently call them to get an appointment before his next one. They NEVER call back, if they do its 2 days later. Do NOT recommend."

"Lifestream has helped me tremendously, but as for the eustis location I have had quite a few issues. To begin the lady that works the front counter is extremely rude and impatient and should be trained on how to deal with mentally ill people. Another, is that they recently stopped giving injections at this location, instead having the patient travel to the leesburg location, which is extremely difficult considering I have no car. As for the rest of the staff, they are wonderful and patient. The facility is also very clean and sanitary. As for the doctor, she is very nice and knows her stuff. The only downside is its phone appointments only and not because of corona, which makes it a lot less personal and harder to trust."
