"Went with my sister to see Dr Cronin. My niece is autistic, so she has special needs. Dr. Cronin was anything but understand about her special needs. She had a terrible bedside manner and made it seem like it was a condition that needed fix. She was more concerned about forcing my niece to do things she didn’t want to do, then to listening to our list and our concerns. She didn’t care that she was scared, didn’t try to make her feel more comfortable, just wanted us to hold her down so she could do her thing. My sister was so upset by her demeanor that she started crying. I grabbed our stuff and walked out. Will never return to that office and will definitely steer people away."

Will be changing to another Doctor just so I don't have to call back at this office again! 2nd time. two different people. probably should hire people that enjoy their work so they don't sound so unpleasant and condescending on the phone!"
