"I did my pulmonary rehabilitation at this center. The nurses are amazing!! they are so caring, knowledgeable and professional. I was so afraid of doing exercise after my lung surgery. And after many sessions here, I know how to safely push myself to exercise and have a more active and healthier lifestyle. I lost 4 lbs while exercising at this center and have lost 15 lbs since I left. I now have my same weight pre-surgery. Soooo grateful for this center."

"Dr. Jason Gold examined my foot and identified a situation within my large toe on my right foot. For 20 years I’ve been medicating myself because I was told I had gout and that the pain in my foot was caused by that affliction. Dr Gold examined x-rayed and identified the fact that I had a mass inside my toe that was causing this severe pain. Subsequently he recommended surgery which took place this past December 2022. The surgery was quick easy and very successful, the entire process from examination through recovery was as professional, and as easy as it could possibly be, and the outcome has been miraculously successful. I recommend Dr Jason Gold for any foot ankle ailment that anybody might have. He is excellent his office staff is excellent and the work that gets done is excellent Edward Pitkoff."

"Beware of the billing process!!! You will be billed as a hospital outpatient visit which goes against your deductible. On my first visit I asked the front desk what my co-pay would be and was told there wasn’t one. This concerned me so I contacted my insurance to verify. I was told that it was an $85 outpatient specialist visit. After the evaluation I did one session with the therapist and then decided to stop the sessions since I still had not seen a bill and this made me uneasy. 5 months later I received a huge bill and after calls to my insurance and the facility I realized I’m on the hook for the large amount. New lesson learned…call your insurance to verify coverage and then contact the facility to verify HOW they will bill the visit. Expensive life lesson."

"I was there last year for a Cardiac Rehab. After I was told by the front desk and nurses in charge a few times that my insurance was covering the whole treatment, that I should not worry about payments. I decide to do it, and to my surprise this year I got a bill in the amount of $1,299.00 that was not disclosure to me upfront. I am lost of words that this treatment cost more than my heart surgery copay. What a ripoff. If you go there make sure to double check everything they will tell you about their fees. They will lie to you to make sure you sign up for their treatment. :("

"My PT started off well with 2 therapist with both hands-on and instructional exercises. Half way through my limited 10 sessions, I noticed it was more personal training and virtually NO hands-on to relieve my pain. The pain increased during the latter sessions and I conveyed this to the therapist. On the 9th visit, I was told I have to live with the pain. After 40 years attending other PT facilities, I was never dismissed while in pain and told, "live with the pain". Even when I wanted to make more appointments at session 9; the answer was NO more appointments. I had hope for this facility but totally let down. One other reviewer mentioned, the call center does not answer the phone and you have to leave a message. One time, it took 2 days to return my message. That is also unacceptable. I am currently at another physical therapy location and getting the relief I need."
