"Very abrupt lady on the phone. I called to ask about their school as I am new to the area and the moment I mentioned I had a VPK certificate she cut me off, told me they don’t do that, state funding isn’t worth their while and I should look for a daycare. Excuse me? Next time please allow the customer to finish talking without belittling the person who is a professional and able to pay tuition for the right school that would fit her family needs. Very disappointed with how that call was handled."
