"EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL Made an appointment ( for my husband)over one week in advance. They called me to confirm about today's prior to appointment time. During that call they offered an earlier appointment to which I declined because it wasn't convenient. They called his phone another time suggesting the same thing to which it was the same answer. He rushed all day at work to finish early. He'd spoken w them earlier that day & confirmed AGAIN his appointment. He was calling while on his way to let them know he'd be a little late to which he'd gotten no answer. Only to get to the office & they were closed"
