"The company (DCA) adopted a new measure for 2024 whereby, unless you pay in cash, debit card, or check, you are assessed a 3% service charge. The surcharge is also imposed if paying with an FSA card, despite the sign in the front desk stating the contrary. Would have been nice to be notified about this ahead of time. Apparently, they can send multiple text messages to request confirmation of the appointment, but announcing a change in payment policy ahead of time they cannot do."
