"I came to see Albert after having been gone for a while from here. He really helped me. He actually listened and dedicated time to me. And he cares. Not like my last psychiatrist who would see me for 5 minutes and seemed to not care at all. We came up with a good plan together for my current issues. The process to be seen was not difficult and the wait was short. I plan to continue coming here."

"I want to start off by saying that I love Albert. He is amazing and I enjoyed working with him but the disorganization and the staff need some serious help, especially with their nasty attitude. The person that doesn’t even speak English is one of the worst ones. After my last appointment Albert told me to let him know if I have any issues with the RX. I tried calling after a week and could never get a hold of anyone. I left voicemails and never got a call back. When I finally did they didn’t let me speak to Albert without paying for another appointment. When the rude spanish speaking staff member refused because “why did I wait so long” I told her that I have tried to call when I’m available and left voicemails with no call back. She literally responded that some days it’s only her and can’t get back to everyone. If that is the case, how is that MY problem and my insurance problem that we need to be billed because you guys don’t have yourself in order. Another thing I couldn’t deal with is that they never made appointments for me. They would randomly call me at whatever time and day was convenient for them to collect my co-pay so then Albert can call me later that day at no set time. My schedule is too busy to work that way. The disorganization and the rudeness was way too stressful to deal with. As amazing as Albert is dealing with the unprofessional and rude staff and process/procedures of the office is not worth it."

"To be honest I never checked the reviews before going to this place since the person that recommended it it's my therapist who I trust with all my heart. Although now reading them I can emphasize with some of them. I had been there just a couple of time (in person) since I have a pretty busy schedule I prefer to do my appointments by phone. My doc it's very nice, attentative, and caring (Dr Ponce) but the staff definitely need some training, not only in customer service but in problems solving. Calling there it's a very stressing experience since it seems like nobody is available. I must recognize that they always answer my emails but it's not supposed to be like that. I mean after all this office is dealing with people that somehow have issues... it's like if you go there and get the prescription and once you try to contact them it's a way of putting that meds "to the test" because it cause a lot of anxiety to try to get a hold with someone there. The worst part it's that there are many good doctors working there, but the staff are making them look bad. If you are short staff (which i doubt it) please try to hire someone to help with the phones!"

"Went in to get some information about how to get a patient seen by the doctor. Front desk clerk was amazing. I read some previous reviews about this place and was super skeptical. Mildred help me out immensely and was attentive and empathetic. Very knowledgeable and I left their feeling like I could trust them. Thanks for the help!"

"I have been a patient here for a few months and I'm really befuddled as to all of these negative reviews about Gabriella?? In my opinion she is the best thing about this place. Truly, she has been kind to me since the second I walked in. Always super accommodating. She's gone above and beyond trying to help me locate certain documents that I need for my primary care physician. I also have had a wonderful experience with my with my provider. The most important thing to me is knowing that if God forbid something really tragic happens with my mental health that they will be able to get in touch with my doctor's office.. Not that any kind of hospitalization or anything has ever happened but who knows I know unequivocally that the office would absolutely be there to help me. This is something that I haven't always felt with my prior doctors actually something I've never felt before with any mental health physician I've gone to. I drove 45 minutes to go to this office and I have nothing bad to say. Every person's experience is their own and a lot of people weigh their decisions about starting something very heavily on the reviews they see. I ask you just to give yourself a chance and to give this office a chance maybe it won't be a good fit but it has been for me and I can't be the only one."
