"I was all signed in at the office when the girl came out and said you have to sign this additional paper stating that the doctor could charge you more than my two insurances would pay. I pay a high premium for a particular supplement that pays everything. I have no co-pay with any doctor and I explained that to her. She said it doesn’t matter. If you don’t sign this paper the doctor isn’t going to see you. Guess what — I left! ( something fishy about this place and I didn’t want to wait and find out what it was!)"

"I was hopeful, but in the end, I was very disappointed. I was there for 2 hours and did not even finish treatment. I walked out because I had to get back to work! I need a doctor who values my time as much as I value theirs. In addition, when I called them 2 months later to get a prescription for physical therapy, they wanted me to come in and pay another $250. Needless to say, this office does NOT put the patient first."

"These are the best doctors around! My mom was a patient of Dr. Stein's since I was a baby, and even though she's no longer with us, I'm still a patient, and I'm 39! Dr. Stein, Dr. Albert, and the other staff are godsends. I've referred several friends there, and I'll be a patient as long as there's an office. Christina, at the front desk, is wonderful too. I can't thank them enough."
