"We need doctors that actually care about their patient instead of people like these. My mother was sent one of those at home testing kit for colon cancer and she was tested positive. Call them last week and was told a refferal for a colonoscopy was send and to call back this week to check on the approval. Call them twice today and was finally told that the referral was waiting to be sent and that they don't know how long it was going to take for an approval. The person I spoke to on both occasions clearly doesn't care and just want to be don't with the call. To update on my previous review, we finally got a colonoscopy schedule but these people won't give the hospital authorization because they are having a dispute with my mother's insurance. This is disgusting. They only care about money, have no moral and could careless if she live or dies."
