"DO NOT GO HERE. This place was entirely the WORST place to get a hold of when calling in to get an appointment scheduled and my insurance verified. I called and scheduled an appointment a few weeks out and asked that my insurance get verified to ensure I had monitoring coverage, and no one called me back to verify the insurance. I had to call multiple times to get in touch with the insurance department, and they point blank told me that they won't make verifying my insurance a priority since my appointment was a couple weeks out, and recommended I bump up the appointment to an earlier day/time to get it verified quicker. I made the appointment for the next day, and still no one contacted me for my insurance... When I called about it, they said they didn't have the appointment on the schedule, so I had to schedule ANOTHER appointment a day later. When I finally did that, I spoke to someone from the insurance team and they told me "we don't know if your coverage includes monitoring, we just bill your insurance after you come in to find that out." I replied "Why would I come in for an appointment if I don't know whether my insurance covers monitoring or not. Isn't that YOUR job to verify it ahead of patients coming in?" They responded "Uhh no, we can't guarantee your insurance covers it you just have to come in." Then the phone HANGS UP. One of the insurance reps literally hung up on me. It was 4:10pm and they closed at 4:30pm and when I called back, no one answered. I had to call the next day and it was ANOTHER bizarre conversation with an insurance rep telling me that they don't know if the insurance covers it, and they only bill for ultrasounds, but the lab is an 'outside lab' and they 'don't bill for bloodwork.' I said "how is that possible?" "Who bills the bloodwork then if you aren't?" She didn't respond to me and I asked her MULTIPLE times "Miss are you there? Who bills for bloodwork then?" And AGAIN click goes the phone and they hung up. At this point, I went and found another fertility center. This place is trash. All of the insurance workers and appointment schedulers are LAZY and INCOMPETENT. They barely speak english and have MAJOR ATTITUDE when they are the ones not doing their jobs. DO NOT GO HERE. I also had a friend go here for an entire cycle and when she was at the point of trigger, they sent her the wrong trigger instructions and she also couldn't get a hold of a doctor to ask for the correct instructions, so she missed her trigger and they had to CANCEL the ENTIRE CYCLE and she had to start all over. What a freaking nightmare. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS."

"The absolute BEST team! I'm a two time patient, so trust me I KNOW. thank you so much for helping make our dreams come to fruition! Very grateful to Dr. Jacobs (retired), Dr. Chuong and the nursing staff (too many to name but very very grateful, for your kindness and hand holding) . I won't take away stars for their medical records dept but if you don't stay on top of them, things will not get done."

"Avoid this place! Dr. Joelle E. Taylor is a person without scruples and mercenary . My husband and I went there to do some "basic tests". Before even trying to conceive naturally she told us that we should look for an IVF treatment using an egg donor and told us immediately to listen to their financial plans! Yesterday we got the total invoice she charged us for the "basic tests" : USD 14,000.00 ! She just wanted to just take money from us! "I had an appointment to pick something up.. CLOSED!... they have listed hours 9-4:30 ... came here 1pm and I came back at 2:30... office is dark and locked... of course I tried to call them first... phone menu maze with no option to speak to anybody and of course no indication that they're closed ... they wasted a lot of my time.. these are not professional people"
