"Purchased glasses from this location over the phone. Item was shipped without nose peace and were disgusting. They didn’t even take the time to check or didn’t care. The glasses were shipped back to the store and they received them. Chanel told me that a refund would be issued in 2-5 business days. This was 9 days ago, totally unacceptable.
