Nancy went above and beyond initiating the process and requesting authorization and referrals from my PCP. She quickly got me scheduled with the doctor as well. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to keep my appointment due to the facility not being in network with my insurance but Nancy definitely deserves recognition for caring about the patients."

"A very sympathetic but incompetent doctor. He removed the fluid from my bursitis in my elbow without an assistant. So when the first syringe was filled he had to take a new one to finish removing the liquid. By doing this action the needle came out of the elbow. So he couldn't re-enter the needle into the elbow and so he didn't remove all of the fluid. In Canada, they do this type of ultrasound procedure. Much more secure and efficient. Dr. Wells told me he would give me cortisone but probably with his mistake changing syringes he was uncomfortable and forgot. I had x-rays two days before in the hospital and had no fracture but he had other x-rays again. Totally fine wrinkles only to charge more money The procedure lasted 4 minutes but I waited 1 hour because he walks from one booth to another and sees 3-4 patients at the same time. He didn't have a protector to cover my elbow. He told me to buy one from Walmart. A nurse improvised a bandage that was in place for only 15 minutes and charged me $ 5. Really I do not recommend this place."
