"I had a really bad experience today, I had an appointment and I was in the waiting room for 2 hours. When I asked the lady in the front desk, she said they would see me soon. I was quickly asked to go inside and wait in the private room, where I waited for another 1/2 hour. Then the nurse practitioner showed up and said if I needed to see the doctor it may be another 30 minutes. So I did tell her to go ahead and see me and asked her if I would be charged the same if she saw me or the doctor saw me. She said it would be the same. I have utmost respect for what nurse practitioners do, but it is no different than me placing an order for a Maserati and getting a Honda civic for the same price as that of a Maserati. This office needs to learn to respect patient's time too."
