"The patient is tasked to do the legwork that the office staff should be doing. It is not hassle-free at all, in fact, it is extremely time-consuming and aggravating. Getting a referral is long mission. You will be asked to contact the specialist and give them instructions as to how this office wants that referral to be created in some sort of a complicated system that has nothing to do with the patient. I have a job of my own already! Certain office staff at the front desk are extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and flat out low class. When I wrote in to speak to a higher up about this, no response. Their company motto is that they treat you like family, it’s hassle free, and very caring… I think certain admins at the front or wherever they sit need to be replaced in order for that to happen. ***I do want to reiterate that the actual clinicians are great and certain services that they have here are great and I love that it’s very accessible aside from this one very important problem. I promise to update my review once I see that the phone staff has been upgraded."

"My doctor is lovely. However the girls at the front desk and the answering service have poor attitudes and will place you on hold if you call 10-15minutes before closing so this way they dont have to “deal with you”. I called TWICE FOR A BACTERIAL INFECTION THAT CAN LITERALLY LEAD TO KIDNEY FAILURE IF NOT TREATED IN A TIMELY FASHION. 1: the answering service lady and a poor attitude and overall clearly doesnt have the patience to deal with sick people. She tried to correct me on what i was saying about MY symptoms. Beyond inappropriate. 2: i finally got the front desk…girl told me the doctor would call me NEVER DID. Called for the third time…told the doctor would call me. Again. NEVER DID. There is no reason you are all my primary care yet i have to go to the hospital. This is beyond frustrating and i will be reporting to the board"

"Been coming to this office since 2014! And I absolutely love them! They also have a lab on-site which is very convenient! Glenda is always so polite and soothing when drawing labs. All of the staff have been very kind, friendly and professional over the years. Exceptionally clean office as well! I highly recommend this office!"
