"This place is beyond unprofessional. The front desk asst. are such a joke when it comes to professionalism. I dont know why Lindsy is working there in the first place. I understand why things take so long in this office because everybody is always at lunch or lack the understanding of their job description. It truly is sad to know that people who are trusted with heavily private information, lack patient experience qualities. The Dr's should replace the staff. The 2.5 star review is just going to continue to shoot down. Find somewhere else to go."

"I visited this clinic a few weeks ago and I must say the clinical team is exceptional. The medical assistants and the providers were very pleasant. I only ask that they have more bilingual staff up front. Other than that, clean environment and I didn’t spend the whole day in the clinic."

"One of the worst most incompetent and unprofessional companies I have encountered. If you are a section 8 landlord, you are better off working directly with section 8. These guys don’t want to work and always on some sort of leave. The case managers always find an excuse not to answer the question or delay response, and don’t know how to properly fill out documents or submit anything on time. Patera, Ernest, even their manager Carol none of them is able to perform simple case manager tasks. They are extremely rude on the phone and will do whatever it takes to avoid work. Why is section 8 contracting such incompetent company? it’s a waste of our tax payer money. Seems more of a social club than an actual business"

ONE jamaican LADY WHO GOES BY THE NAME OF DORIS WORKS HERE AND THERE IS ANOTHER ONE WHO I BELIEVE IS AFRICAN AMERICAN WHO ASKS REPETIVE QUESTIONS BECAUSE SHE DOESNT LISTEN WELL AND THERE IS ANOTHER WHITE OR SPANISH WHO DOESNT HEAR VERY WELL(I ASSUME SHE NEEDS A HEARING AID) I SPEAK AT A DECENT TONE AND PACE AND SHE SAYS "SIR, I CAN'T HEAR YOU". AND FINALLY THEY CHARGE YOU 165.00 A VISIT IF YOU WORK 11.00/HR BECAUSE HOW THEY SCHEUDLE APPOINMENT WORKERS GIVE THE FEES IN ACCORDANCE WITH A FLOATING SCALE."

"Imagine being denied your medical records because the front desk staff is incompetent. This is exactly why I stopped coming here. Too many people don’t know how to do their job and to do it without an attitude. I’ve been waiting on the nurse who was supposed to be here but isn’t here. They apparently only have one person who can release medical records, so now I have to wait until home girl feels like showing up to work."
