"They give me an appointment for one hour and they always take 2 more hours to attend to my son, the pediatric part is hours late to attend,,"
"I hate that I have to even give one star. I showed up for my 11:15 am appointment at 11:00 am because I was a first time patient. The lady at the front desk is INCREDIBLY RUDE. Her energy is so negative it's terrible. The hours I was there waiting several people complained about her. I was shown into a room for my vitals to be taken and exited the room at 12:40 only to be put into the waiting area again. I was told I would be taken into a physical room soon and seen before they went to lunch. I went back into the room at 12:53 and it was there that I waited, and waited, and waited. By 1:45 I was wondering what was happening and I decided to walk the hallways. TWICE. There was NOT ONE PERSON there for me to ask questions to. Only another patient I had seen in the waiting room in a room waiting look scared. It was deathly silent. I tested it out. Started playing music very loudly hoping someone would come and tell me to lower it. No one came! It was 1:57 by this point when I exit to the waiting room and the lights are all off and when I went to exit: I'm locked in! How completely unprofessional to leave 2 patients in there without telling them, without alerting them that they would be left locked in an office, without giving them the option to leave and do what they have to do or even go eat! (If the employees wanted to eat imagine the patients who've also been there waiting). I walked outside and there was a sign saying they were going to lunch from 1:15 to 2:15. So they left AFTER I was placed in a room and no one had the decency to tell me. I have contacted my insurance and the office and expect this visit not to be charged as I was not seen for this visit. Completely unprofessional and I'm in shock at how little they care to even let someone know they won't be attended for ANOTHER HOUR or more."
"VERY PROFESSIONAL...BUT THERE IS ALSO A PERSON WHO IS SOMETIMES VERY HARD WITH PATIENTS. THEY GO WITH ME TWICE TIMES AND HE TALKS VERY UGLY TO ME. MAYBE HE HAD SOME PROBLEM AT HIS HOUSE AND COMES TO THE CLINIC WITH THAT BAD ENERGY."
"I like this clinic, it is low-resource, it is available to assist pregnant women, newborn children up to 20 years of age, it is separate to see adults and they have dentistry, they are excellent, of course, there you have to be patient."
