"Don't bother making an appointment. It is just one person taking care of the office and doing the blood work. No a signature sheet to know who has an appointment or who's a walk-in. The guy a little rude, but I don't blame him if he has to do everything. He has to call insurances, call the doctor's Office to find the right Billing code or what the patient needs to have done plus Answering the office phone and make appointments. It will make his job easier if he has at least another person taking care of the from desk. He probably gets well paid to run this place by himself. I will give him 5 Star if he owns the place just for doing everything he does there"

"Ozzy Lopez was my daughter's phlebotomist for more than 4 years. Ozzy is the "best" phlebotomist we have ever met. We moved from Broward and we miss Ozzy's excellent work a lot. It is time for my daughter's annual blood test again and she only says "the owl-the owl". My daughter with special needs misses Ozzy a lot! God bless you!"
