The front desk staff doesn't seem to care about their patients, I recently spoke to a young lady twice today, but she just abruptly ended our call. They are rude and give a sense of discrimination. It's the worst customer service we have ever experienced."

"Horrible experience! I was given a horrible attitude by the front desk people for a confusion they caused in making the appointment. According to them an appointment in a week should really be 8 days. They said it would be a walk-in (even though I had an appointment), but they still couldn't see me. I was confused because on the website it says walk-ins are accepted. I had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen. I have also called several times about getting my prescription filled and it was still not sent to my pharmacy. The person on the phone said get it from the over the counter, but it's not over the counter why is why the doctor wrote the prescription. The only good experience was with the PA, Melissa Olah, who was great to deal with."

"I had a great experience today at CLSC. The office staff was very professional and efficient. Melissa Olah-Terry is awesome. Very knowledgeable and made sure to address all of my needs. The nice woman at the front was also great. And the nice woman who scheduled my x-rays was great. They draw blood at this facility so you don't have to schedule a separate office visit or wait weeks for an appointment with Quest. And the nurse drawing blood is an expert. He did a great job. Thank you !!! Also, I changed primary care physician with my insurance yesterday to this provider and I was able to schedule my first appointment the next day. This is unheard of. Most primary care physicians take weeks or months for the first visit (which is ridiculous). This provider is a diamond in the rough and i am so happy I found them."
