"If you are a parent and is having problems with a teenager who has mental health problems, this organization is not going to help you. If you are a Christian please look for support from your church or Christian organization. This Henderson Health mobile crisis unit is not going to help you. For one they take very long time to come and when they come they have an attitude. I had a middle age black woman and gay black guy enter my house and offered to place my daughter in a LBGT community shelter. I call about my daughter behavior, because she was not taking her bipolar medication. She curses at me and her five year old sister. Behavior is out of control because we relocate to Florida and she don’t like Florida because she can’t get to smoke drugs like she wants too. There is no support from this organization to help parents. My suggestion have cameras in your house to record your child’s behavior. Your best bet is calling 911, the Cops is the ones that help me and have my child baker act. I don’t wish this experience on no one. Not much help in the state of Florida. Henderson Health is my worst experience in trying to get help for my child."

"TL;DR: Dr. Mansoor Shoukat is a horrible psychiatrist and this facility should really consider letting him go due to his lack of knowledge on the very products and patients he works with. The facility seems decent but the psychiatrist I was assigned to (Dr. Mansoor Shoukat) was very unprofessional and didn't seem too well educated on how medications work. When I told him I wanted to try a new medication rather than going back on my old one (I had been off all medications for over six months due to complications with finding a provider within my network), he became noticeably upset at the idea, maybe a bit angry? it was weird. While I agreed when he said that it's best to go with a medication that worked, I explained to him how I was developing a tolerance to the old one and I wanted to test run a new one to have a potential fallback for when I start growing a tolerance again. He continued to persist on the fact that it's best to go with one that is known to work and to just simply up the dose whenever a tolerance starts to developed. I then proceeded to explain how just upping the dose contains its own dangers where it could leave me more at risk for developing unwanted side effects and possibly even cause complications on my body in general (especially considering I had already gone beyond the max recommended dose by the time I ran out of the old medication). He not only disagreed with that notion, but he started laughing quite condescendingly while disagreeing, throwing his arms up in the air as if *I* was the moron in the room. His unprofessionalism and poor knowledge in *his own career* left me very unsatisfied to say the least. I give this place 1 star because even just one bad psychiatrist is enough to make it a place I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to. I mean, who knows how many more of these disrespectful imbeciles this facility has? Unacceptable all around. Mental health has enough stigma set on itself as is, these idiotic doctors just make it even worse. Do better, please."

"This establishment is by far the worse. The people here make you feel like your on trial or you have done something wrong. The different amount of people you speak with and the different services it is easy to become confused. My sister in law was also receiving services from this agency, and they caused her to drink after she was called by a Angie lady who made her feel like she was being interrogated. When you go to see the psychiatrist they only force you to take medication after waiting for hours. This place is triggerfus because of the behaviors of people who work here."
