"The front desk staff at latino are so unprofessional & rude I ask a simply question and the medical assistant hang up the phone twice.They have no basic and adequate medical training in handling customers & patients at all.Not empathetic to patient needs.The front desk staff in general just working to get a paycheck, nothing else matters to them.
