"If you have lots of time and patience to wait for your turn, I highly recommend Green Dermatology but if you run on tight schedule don’t even think go there. I wait 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment I left the office passing by 3 staff member without being noticed, they called me 15 minutes after I left asking me why I left (LOL). Not even an apology for long delay, very unskilled staff and client service…. By the way, after all the kept my copayment…."

"Dec update: so my skin cancer spot that would not heal and Dr Green biopsied and said was not cancer IS CANCER and after seeing another Derm he gave me some massage techniques to relieve the excess of Botox and I’m improving … the eye drops have helped the inflammation…. ABSOLUTELY A HORRIBLE DOCTOR Final update: finally got into seeing an ophthalmologist And since Dr. Green had left me with no eyedrops, my eyes were inflamed and infected and now I am under the care of the ophthalmologist and have eyedrops to take care of that and he said that my Botox was heavy and had migrated into my eyelids. thank you Dr. Green for the heavy handed “ happy time” Would you try to tell me was my being allergic to Botox even though I’ve had it for 30 years and never had this problem… I also went and saw another dermatologist today and he confirmed that the Botox had migrated into my eyelids because there was so much of it … Luckily, it can be repaired which Dr. Green was unwilling to do but I am having it done now …3rd update : so now he’s sending me letters telling me he’s not my doctor - that’s was already agreed upon after him refusing responsibility and hanging up on me and after refusing follow up care and leaving me hurt waiting on a prescription that he never called in so now I’m waiting for insurance approval and I’ve had to go to emergency care I am following up with a complaint to the medical board for unprofessional behavior and if I have damage when I get to an eye doctor and other dermatologist I’ll be following up on that as well he’s truly a nightmare 2nd update: having to go see a medical eye doctor due to possible eye damage this is getting serious Update: since hanging up he has left me without my prescription to scramble for another doctor in pain and with swollen possibly infected eye lids and refusing to respond … Mutilated my eyes… I came in because my eyes did have a slight droop and I wanted to open them up and they said oh we have a great package! The doctor never came in, wants to consult me or talk to me. He came in and said oh it’s happy time and immediately started injecting me. I tried to tell him about previous experiences, but he said he was the doctor and continue to inject me. I was kind of shocked and surprised, but I figured he was a doctor with good references. The next day my eyelids were hanging over so heavily I couldn’t even open my eyes without using my fingers! I called the office and they wanted me to come in but I could not as I did not have full range of vision due to my eye lids drooping over my eyes. They called in some drops for me which gave me some relief and the pictures you see. The doctor has Denied all responsibility though I’ve had the same treatment before without this result … and actually suggested I get a different doctor and hung up on me … he is highly unprofessional. He talks to you not with you …. And then hides when he destroys your face."

"After eight visits, yes, you read that correctly, eight visits, and $2,000 later, a few warts could not be treated. I received a letter from Dr Green today coldly withdrawing “himself from my future treatment”. He told me he was uncomfortable when I asked if I would be receiving some sort of refund for the ineffective (5) Swift treatments (at $1,800). Despite asking Dr Green directly at my first consultation, after which he was more than FIFTY minutes late meeting me, if there was another treatment that wouldn’t cost $1500 that was more effective, he strongly persuaded me to go to the route of the swift treatment. Also, throwing in the caveat, no medical procedure is guaranteed. And boy did he mean it. I was told that over 200 procedure is only one other patient did not see results. Patient with a very compromised immune system. Well, that does not describe me in anyway and I guess that makes me number two.. I was also sold over $100 of creams for redness on my face and the aforementioned warts, neither creams did anything despite consistent direction followed applications. (A nice upsell). Despite my fear at my consultation, that with an 85% success rate, I might find myself in this uncomfortable situation down the road, after four swift treatments and zero progress, I was sold for $300 yet a Fifth treatment. I was then told to wait eight weeks to see what happens. This is now in the month of August when my first visit was in March. Finally, at my suggestion from the second Swift treatment, Dr Green decided to try freezing one of these warts. Much to my satisfaction and complete confusion, it was 100% effective on the very first treatment. I’m obviously not a dermatologist, but a friend of mine is, and she was surprised it was not his initial line of defense. Dr Green could have given me the fifth treatment on the house, or could have recognized at that point on my sixth visit how much of my time had been wasted, not to mention the $1800 of ineffective swift treatment and said something sincere, but instead, I was handed more bills that the office manager Ana Maria was not able to explain. Exact words were. “ This has been a learning experience for the office.” I paid co-pays at arrival, they charged my card upon departure yet I was being handed even more bills despite the $1800 of non-insured treatment. Great! 8 visits over 7 months and $2,000 layer and countless afternoons I had to clear from my own clients, I’m glad my insurance, and it’s lack of coverage gleaned some education into the Green Derm staff. It is very clear that Green Derm is a business, your time is not important to them, it was made very clear when I was on time for my very first appointment, and they were running late for lunch, and I stood in the vestibule, calling, wondering why the doors locked, and I heard them speaking, while my call was ringing on the other side of the door, and nobody cared to answer. As a business owner, the most important thing to me is my reputation, just behind my integrity. Neither of which apparently are important to Dr Green and his staff as illustrated by this lengthy and very disgruntled review."

"We had a very positive experience with Dr. Green yesterday. My husband, a cancer patient, suddenly developed a very nasty-looking sore on his ear lobe. Dr. Green took us on short notice, patiently explained the possibilities and took a painless biopsy for testing. He was very kind, caring and competent. He and his assistant clearly explained how to treat and bandage it at home and gave us detailed printed instructions as well. The office staff was efficient and friendly. This was our first visit but we were very impressed and will definitely continue our care with Dr. Green."
