MD Now Urgent Care - Deerfield 4036 West Hillsboro Boulevard, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442

"I had my second positive experience at the Deerfield location today. I was in 2 weeks ago very sick. Covid. Yes, it did take a couple hours to be seen on a Saturday. My other option would’ve been the ER and I’m sure it would have been a much longer wait there. The front desk staff was very polite. Advised me of the fees because I’m uninsured, and collected payment up front. Having worked in a medical office I understand the need to collect payment prior to the patient being seen. A business does have costs to cover AND if you’re ill and just saw the doctor the last thing you want to do is take care of payment. You want to get to the pharmacy for your meds and you want to get home to bed. Today I called at 10 am and they let me know to come at about 11. Again very caring staff and knowledgeable PA. My want and need for a proper diagnosis outweighed my need to be rushed in and out of a visit. I’m very happy with the care I’ve received and I am very grateful I have this facility as an option for my healthcare."

"I took my friend there a couple of days ago, there was one front desk girl, Jennifer. She was nice and compose even when a patient was yelling at her for the wait time like she have control of it. She just took it all in and didn’t get upset. She did a great job in helping us register and greeted us very politely, with a smile on her face. She deserve a raise and praises for sure."

"I scheduled an appointment online for the Deerfield location. When scheduling this appointment online you must give information like your name, contact info, reason for the visit, etc... I did not mind doing this as the online scheduling interface indicates that pre registering will save you time. This is not the case. When I arrived I was not greeted, I was told to stand here and fill out this form. When I tried to tell the receptionist that I had registered online she rudely interrupted me and told me she knew what I was going to say, don't bother, you need to fill out this form first its different then the form online. So I fill out the form and now I was told to visit a link and complete another set of forms online. This new set of forms wants me to upload images of my drivers license and all kinds of personal info that I did not feel comfortable with uploading in their application. All of this and no one actually ever asked me if I was ok, about my condition and why I was there. They let me walk out! Absolutely not one care or courtesy given to me at this location. I would not go back to or recommend this location to anyone. The patient care / customer service at this location needs major improvement."

"It's been terrible since I arrived. First we have to register on the website (everything is ok). But have a bad time and wait 2:30 to be attended? Pay and wait almost 3 hours feeling bad? I think I should have a nurse and do a screening before and fill out a form together with the patient, and not a receptionist who has no empathy. To find out what the priority of each patient is."

"Dr confidant was very quick,efficient and listened to me. I had my issues resolved with follow up care in place as well. I was in and out of there in a jiff thanks to my sweet nurse Mickie who was so gentle with her administration of a shot to a big baby like me. I'll definitely come back to this specific location just bc everyone from the front desk lady to the doctor himself were so kind."
