"I don't know how so many people gave this place 5 stars, but I was really disappointed and recently switched to Cano Health, and couldn't be happier. The doctor I saw at Chen, Dr Wisley Jean Baptiste, was nice, but, due to a language barrier, I couldn't understand him & he couldn't understand me, which led to wrong referrals and just mass confusion. I was there 3 times and they kept giving me excuses as to why they didn't receive my medical records from Dedicated Senior Medical Center, which is also owned by Chen, so it's really frustrating that it should take months to get my records. I was very pleased with Dr Emerson, the podiatrist at that location, but my primary doctor was a huge disappointment. The worst problem with Chen is that they will only refer you to their own network of doctors so you can't see just any doctor that your insurance has approved, leading to you visiting unqualified specialists or specialists who are way too far from you. I had one problem after another & whenever I called to try and resolve it, I was just stalled and placated, but nothing was ever resolved. Stay away if you care about your health. I did, and I am so glad I found Cano!"
