"If i could give this company a negative 0 x5 I would. I am surprised they haven't killed someone (if they haven't already). This company along with its staff are the most incompetent group of people I have ever had to deal with. From the nurses not caring to the head staff not returning calls. I have a call into them since 9.11 and yet no phone call. My mother has dementia and diabetes, they come in for 5 minutes and when they leave, they dont even shut the front door, leaving the door wide open for a dementia patient to just walk out. They give my mother insulin and at least show her where the refrigerator is for a dementia patient, not even, they walked out, my mother's sugar dropped, I got home and she was on the floor with a blood sugar of 20. Weekends are the worse. they decide to not come in and do not even have the courtesy of a phone call to the family members. Do not trust these people with your family members, they will put them on a path of destruction and possible harm's way."
