"I have been seeing Dr Francisco for my bad ankle. Had surgery in January. I want to assure everyone who reads this that the staff in this office is high quality, patient, and understanding. The doctor is excellent, and I couldn't find anyone better if I tried. Yes, they do get backed up sometimes. But that will happen in any doctor's office. Rescheduling is possible or, if you are retired, with no appointment conflicts, perhaps the patient would enjoy taking a breather and relaxing while waiting. ☺️"

"I love the doctor and staff, except I will not be getting x-rays there again. I know there's no mandate to wear a mask, but when I requested the doctor and nurse to wear one while in the tiny MEDICAL exam room, they gladly put one on. However, the x-ray tech who was breathing in my face while positioning me said "she" was "safe", even though she's breathing air from dozens of patients a week. The second visit I had to get an x-ray, she said I was infringing on HER right not to wear one! Excellent way to take care of your patients!"
