"One of the best physical therapy places geared toward athletes. I am a triathlete and an equestrian. I have been going to physical therapy for various pains for more than 10 years now. This is one of the best places I have been to and I have been to a fair few. The therapist are athletes themselves and understand the set of unique challenges that come with an athlete body. Furthermore, they can work with whatever hurts at the moment as opposed to doing an evaluation on one body part and then only working on that part. This is very important for me because depending on my workouts, I have problems with my knees, ankles, shoulders, or back. A huge shoutout to Dr. Stephanie Wilber. She is phenomenal. I went to her initially for shoulder pain and she made my pain go away after only two sessions with a set of pectoral stretches she gave me. She was equally great working on back and knee. I highly recommend this place in general and her in particular."

"I heard about ARC through a friend/neighbor. I could hardly walk. my knees and hips were so bad. I signed up with Dr Kyle Hunter for 12 sessions of therapy. I have just finished my 9th session this week and am almost 100% healed. I have learned so much about my body through him. He is very knowledgable, positive, and inspirational.
