"Upon turning 40 It was time for a little bit of self care and preventative health. One Life Health and Performance is everything I was looking for and Dr. Winnard exceeded my expectations In patient care, medical knowledge and his calming bedside manner. I went in for my first touch of Botox and was thrilled with my results. He assured me I would always look natural in his care which was a big concern to me. I felt refreshed and more confident after my apt. We also discussed hormones and IV hydration therapy to help me feel better regarding some of my other health concerns. The IV hydration was wonderful and their high tech massage chairs were really the icing on the cake. I left feeling strong and looking forward to my next IV treatment. His staff is wonderful. They really make an effort to get to know the patients and it is a very personalized experience for the patients at One life! Almost like a family environment. Did I mention the office?
