"Avoid Brenda Fernandez; she lacks professionalism and competence. When she schedules a blood test, ensure she informs you of the specific tests required. Initially, I consulted her for anemia, but without my consent, she administered an HIV test. I’ve been going there for 3 years, and never had any issues with other providers. The first time they switched me with Brenda it became a disaster. Professional should obtain patient consent before conducting such tests. I was unaware until she disclosed the results, leaving me shocked. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and I considered reporting her to the board for her negligence."
