The entire staff was very kind while I was in extreme discomfort and listened to what was going on with me and found the best solution. I was prescribed a medication and immediately started feeling better. Allie was so kind and caring throughout the whole process and then called me personally with my results of my labs. Thank you so much for being a human-kind center and all that you do to help people in need. I will absolutely be returning if I’m in need of additional care."

"Unhelpful and dismissive. GO TO MDNOW- where you will get your results. My father paid $150 for lab results they are unwilling to give him or try to help him with it. My father is out of the country he is not from the US and he had a horrible infection and needed to go to an emergency site- My father gave them all his information and told them I would be the one to receive the lab records. I emailed the admin and there as NO response. There is no "manager" to speak to get help with this. I would not trust a place that treats patients like this."

"First impression..THE BEST! Adeleise couldn’t have been more pleasant and caring over the phone to accommodate my immediate needs when my PCP would not. Upon arrival, the entire facility was very well kept and clean. Nurse Debbie who did all my testing for pre-op was a sweetheart.. another very caring young lady. When I met Megan the PCP.. I also knew I was in good hands. She took her time with me and was sure she covered all avenues before I left. Highly recommend this Urgent Care! I even told them I’d drive farther to go to that facility if I ever needed urgent care again! A+ facility"

"When I went the receptionist had issue with her car and was late for work. Stephanie Bello the doctor was taking care of the reception and patients at the same time ( I understood the situation and waited to be seen) when she saw me she didn’t spend 10 minutes with me. She didn’t take my blood pressure, she didn’t listen to my heart/lungs, she just saw my ear told me I had an ear infection and sent me 7 days of antibiotics. I just called because my ear still is clogged and I’m finishing my antibiotic again and they told me I had to pay $100 again to be seen. I will never go to this clinic again and recommend you go to a different one. I was understanding of the situation, but I believe Stephanie didn’t send the correct dosage/ and the medications she had to prescribe. I’ve had ear infections in the past and usually 10 days antibiotic ,steroids and pseudoephedrine are prescribed. Here I am 6 days later with my ear clogged and have to look for a different provider to solve what should have been solved the first visit."

"Please conduct training with your staff. I came here due to a severe allergic reaction. The receptionist repeatedly told me that military insurance is not accepted. Really?!? Thank goodness there was a more senior staff member there who knew more than the receptionist. He properly inputted my information. I was seen by a highly knowledgeable PA who knew right away how to treat my allergic reaction. I was back to normal within hours. Would have given 5 stars if not for the receptionist. I wonder just how many Veterans are turned away or pay out of pocket due to lack of knowledge. Train your staff."
