"Nice waiting room, complimentary sparkling seltzer and water bottles. Staff was very friendly and informative, doctor was pleasant and understanding. My only complaint was the scheduling of my appointment, originally I made my appointment online for the following day and then called in with a question. When I told the women when my appointment was she informed me that that could not be due to the doctor not being in for the remainder of the week? I found that strange but she rescheduled my appointment for the following week. A day later I got a call saying they had a cancellation and to see if I wanted to come in the next day lol.. Also this is not an actual complaint about Tierra because I know this is state law but to have to come in every 6 months and pay $179 for an evaluation every time is pretty ridiculous. You’re paying $30 for the consultation, $179 for the approval of your evaluation, then another $75 to the state for processing your application. Other than that it was a good/easy experience. A little costly. You shouldn’t have a problem if you have qualifying symptoms."
