"Rob Abiusi was amazing. He took his time with me, explained my MRI in detail, and the problems I faced. He also was the first one that pinpointed why my bursa was hurting. I have been to three surgeons that never said a word about why my bursa was hurting.They just wanted to give me another shot. Robs extensive experience and bedside manner of getting to the point, and treatment plan will keep me coming back to him no doubt. I have been in medical for thirty five years so I am caustious. I saw the CEO of another Hospital who wanted to operate immediately, and four other surgeons for my multiple disc problem, the only solution was a cage, which I will never do this because I have seen the results. Rob explained the new technologies to me. I have to say , I am ever so fortununate that Rob decided to open up Florida Ortho Urgent Care. What impressed me the most is he never looked at his watch once! I am an Administrator, its the first thing I remark when I see a physician because offices overbook, but whats important to me is if the person standing in front of me cares enough to take the time he needs, and Rob did. "The worst customer service ever, I came in after calling and confirming my appointment and that they received my referral, they told me yes and that I was good for my appointment showed up after driving an hour to get there to be turned around because they didn’t have my referral and they made a mistake. The lady behind the desk was rude and nasty and kept screaming at me telling me to go home, that she don’t care if it was their mistake I need to leave! I would never go back and I have reported them to my insurance company."

She didn’t rush me during my visits and was very patient with me and understanding when I needed her to break down my care terms for better understanding. Her staff and assistant made sure to do follow ups on care and made sure they returned phone calls in a timely manner when my department needed additional paperwork filled out. So happy I found this facility it has truly made my life easier when receiving care."
