"The surgery itself went great in February. It was a nice facility. However, I am having a problem getting my deposit back (it's December) after my insurance paid everything. Nobody will return my calls or answer the phone. It's very disappointing. I'd say find somewhere else to do the surgery and avoid putting down a deposit."

"Highly disrespectful staff . They state that know can be with the patient in pre op because of a policy due to COVID . COVID laws regarding separation of patient & family is protected by SB988 . The staff mis gender individuals in a threatening tone of voice . The staff are rude & change during patient care . They say that they will provide patient care updated to family members but pick & choose who they do this with . The receptionist sit on their phones and eat food in front of patients and patient family members. They talk behind patient’s back once patient family members leave the area which is highly unprofessional and disrespectful where the whole waiting area can hear . The waiting area is filthy ."

"What an amazing facility. From the moment you walk in you a treated with such care and kindness. The nursing staff is amazing and takes care of your every need. They explain everything to you and make sure you are comfortable every step of the way. I had a full knee replacement surgery and was able to walk and go home the same day pain free. Dr. Noble (my orthopedic surgeon) and Dr. West (my anesthesiologist) have a groundbreaking protocol for pain management. I went home the same day with no pain and no opioids. It was absolutely incredible."
