"For anyone who would like to pursue a new relationship responsibly, I would highly recommend visiting Planned Parenthood for your STI screening and birth control needs. My Medical Assistant, Meemee, was warm, friendly and genuine. I’m usually uncomfortable in any type of medical facility, but she helped reduce my anxiety. Dr. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable and kind. She shared advice and information regarding other affordable healthcare options and, introduced me to new information regarding my chosen birth control method. Denisse was the one who actually took my blood and administered my birth control shot. She had a fun and comforting personality. She clearly knew what she was doing, as both the blood work and injection were painless. The young woman at check in, Rose, was also lovely. I had a great experience that definitely exceeded my expectations!"

"Such an amazing experience! The staff is so compassionate and understanding. I had my pap done last week with Dr. Rachel and she was so thorough and listened. She gave me all the information I needed to make in informed decision on which birth control method I wanted. I chose an IUD even after a horrible experience years ago with different provider. Went today and because I chose the light sedation Dr. Felix did the insertion and she was equally amazing. This time there was no pain and EVERYONE was caring and attentive.
